THE ROLE
Smartland manages 1,500+ units across a growing portfolio. Your world will be 300 of them. Your pipeline, your residents, your relationships, your responsibility.
You won't be talking people into anything. You'll be genuinely helping them find a home. Listening. Following up. Remembering what matters to them. And when it's time to decide, they'll choose you because the trust is already there.
From day one, you won't just be leasing. You'll be learning property management. How the operation runs. How decisions get made. How a portfolio gets managed well. Because when you're ready, and we're talking 12 to 24 months, the next role isn't a maybe. It's a plan.
This is a full-time, on-site position. 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Professional environment. High standards. A team that notices when you do things right.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Be the first impression for every prospect who walks through the door and make it count
Own your 300 units like they're yours, because they are
Run tours that help people find a home, not just fill a unit
Follow up reliably. Not aggressively. Warm leads don't go cold on your watch
Keep your notes tight, your CRM current, and your process clean
Build relationships with current residents that make them want to stay
Manage the full leasing process from first inquiry through signed lease and move-in
WHO YOU ARE
2 to 10 years in any role where people depended on you and you delivered. Leasing, hospitality, customer service, retail management, real estate, or anywhere you learned that showing up consistently is the edge
You present yourself with care. You understand you're the face of someone's future home and you carry yourself accordingly
Quick on your feet. You don't rattle easily and you can think clearly when the pressure is on
Organized in a way that's just how you operate, not something you have to force
Warm, but not a pushover. You can handle a tough conversation without losing the relationship
You want to grow somewhere that's actually going to develop you, not just use you
