    "description": "<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><u><strong><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Job Description:</span></strong></u></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Under the supervision of the Vice President - Rates &amp; Revenues, plays a critical role in driving Arizona Water Company&rsquo;s regulatory and rates strategy, executes key regulatory initiatives, and leads regulatory filings and proceedings to ensure compliance, maximize rate recovery, and support business goals. &nbsp;</span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><u><strong><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif\">Essential Duties</span></strong></u></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Responsible for a variety of tasks and duties, which may include, but are not limited to, the following:</span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Coordinating the preparation, submission, and management of regulatory applications, filings, and rate cases filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC).</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Developing ratemaking models for regulatory proceedings.&nbsp; </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Developing and preparing rate surcharge, adjustor, and other similar filings submitted to the ACC.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Identifying and implementing improvements to ratemaking processes, modeling, and planning activities to support accurate, timely, and strategic filings.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Ensuring company compliance with ACC decisions and other directives.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Leading tariff management, revenue and sales reporting, and regulatory compliance tracking.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Preparing, compiling, and summarizing financial information for use in budgeting and strategic planning.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Conducting economic and cost/benefit analyses for company projects and/or valuation of acquisitions and feasibility and cost of service studies.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Developing water utility and related industry studies. </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Performing rate-related research projects and other regulatory and utility operating and management matters.&nbsp; </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Developing studies related to customer growth, usage, and industry challenges, as well as statistical comparisons with other utilities. </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Providing updates regarding ACC rules, regulations, standards, and practices and the regulatory activities of other public service corporations.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif\">Performing other special assignments and tasks as directed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n",
