Hayden Rd Suite 255 Scottsdale, AZ  85012</p><p>2300 Windy Ridge Parkway, Atlanta, GA  30339 </p><p>7755 Third St. North, Oakdale, MN  55128</p><p>877 Executive Center Drive West, St. Petersburg, FL 33702</p><p></p><p>Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.</p><p></p><p><b>Role Type:</b>     Full time</p><div><p></p><p><b><span>Salary:</span></b><span><span><span> </span>$10</span><span>0</span><span>,</span><span>000</span><span><span> </span>- $</span><span>120</span><span>,</span><span>000</span><span><span> </span>per year &#43; annual bonus</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Actual compensation offered will be<span> </span></span><span>determined</span><span><span> </span>individually, based on<span> </span></span><span>a number of</span><span><span> </span>job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.</span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Our competitive salaries are just one<span> </span></span><span>component</span><span><span> </span>of<span> </span></span><span>Osaic’s</span><span><span> </span>total compensation package.<span> </span></span><span>Additional</span><span><span> </span>benefits<span> </span></span><span>include:</span><span><span> </span>health, vision, dental insurance, 401k, vacation and sick time, volunteer<span> </span></span><span>days</span><span><span> </span>and much more.  To view more details of what you can look forward to, visit our careers page:</span></span><span><span><span> </span></span></span><a href=\"https://careers.osaic.com/Creative/Benefits\" target=\"_blank\"><u><span>https://careers.osaic.com/Creative/Benefits</span></u></a><span> </span></p></div><p></p><p><b>Summary: </b></p><p><span>As the Wealth Lending Solutions Consultant</span> for Osaic’s Personal Credit Line (PCL), you will be responsible for promoting and servicing Financial Professionals and their clients with access to a digitized securities-based lending solution.  You will be tasked with performing a wide spectrum of responsibilities in order to facilitate growth and scale within securities-based lending.  You will be expected to own all aspects of the lending experience from promotion to adoption.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Promote the benefits of Personal Credit Line (PCL) along with digital self-service capabilities for origination, line draws and general account servicing for clients.</li><li>Manage the day-to-day workflow of loan packages across multiple systems and application types.</li><li>Work closely with our counterparty’s Regional Lending Specialist. </li><li>Serve as a resource for our Financial Professionals to develop strategies to incorporate lending into their wealth management practices.</li><li>Educates Financial Professionals on all aspects of the product benefits and use.</li><li>Provide customer service support to Financial Professionals.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of competitive information on securities-based lending.</li><li>Contribute to routine reporting and general portfolio/client database maintenance.</li><li>Promote a consistently exceptional client experience. </li><li>Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the securities-based lending market, including competitive offerings and comparative reviews. </li><li>Assist in problem resolution when necessary.</li><li>May perform other responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education Requirements:</b></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in related field is required, preferably Finance or Business concentration, or relevant work experience. </p><p></p><p><b>Basic Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>5&#43; years of relevant experience in the Financial Services, Banking, Mortgage and/or Lending industry.</li><li>Prior experience in banking and/or lending strategies preferred.</li><li>Intermediate banking &amp; lending literacy. Basic understanding of traditional investment assets; Mutual funds, stocks &amp; bonds. Experience in wealth management a plus.</li><li>Articulate, confident, driven professional with the ability to work with like-minded professionals in a results-oriented, fast-paced and growing environment.</li><li>Solid investment and business acumen.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel &amp; Adobe acrobat.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet performance goals in a results-oriented fast-paced environment.</li><li>Detailed-oriented and analytical with the ability to organize data and think critically.</li><li>Adaptable and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>FINRA Series 7 license preferred.</li><li>Prior sales, banking, and/or relationship management skills preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of liquidity management.</li><li>Prior experience with lending solutions and the impact interest rates have on such products.</li></ul><h1><a href=\"https://www.myworkday.com/advisorgroup/d/home.htmld\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Current Employees and Contractors Apply Here</span></a></h1>",
