The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed to support a smooth guest experience and overall property operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Clean and maintain public spaces including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, fitness areas, and other shared spaces to ensure the property remains clean, organized, and welcoming for members and guests.&nbsp;</li><li>Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and periodically deep clean public areas, furniture, and fixtures to uphold Gravity Haus cleanliness standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Support daily housekeeping operations through linen and supply delivery, trash and recycling removal, laundry transport, and restocking housekeeping and service areas as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Respond promptly to housekeeping and guest service needs, including spills, broken glass, special cleaning requests, and other operational support tasks across the property.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of cleaning and housekeeping supplies and ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after each shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, property damage, and lost-and-found items in accordance with company procedures and guest privacy standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Work collaboratively with the Haus-Keeping team and other departments to support efficient daily operations and consistently deliver a clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest experience.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.</li><li>Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.</li><li>Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.</li><li>Comfortable working on varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul><p><strong>About Gravity Haus</strong></p><p>Gravity Haus is a community-driven adventure lifestyle brand with hotels, restaurants, and experiences that empower a modern way of travel.
