    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Remote Paid Advertising Manager Position (Full-Time, US, Canada, and UK Citizens Only)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Manager for a contract remote role, operating from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday. This role is client-facing. Responsibilities include managing client accounts on Google Ads and Bing Ads, tracking progress, client communication, and maintaining detailed records.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold\">US, Canada, and UK based applicants only.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold\">This position REQUIRES Client Facing Experience. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage PPC accounts on Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing, etc.</li>\n<li>Monitor bids, budget caps, quality scores, and other metrics.</li>\n<li>Update keyword lists and manage campaign strategies.</li>\n<li>Focus on conversion metrics to optimize client ROI.</li>\n<li>Suggest creative copy and manage display network placements.</li>\n<li>Develop and execute new campaign strategies.</li>\n<li>Produce and understand client reports, keeping up with PPC industry trends.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the team to achieve client goals.</li>\n<li>Communicate regularly with end clients by phone, video conference calls, and in writing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience with Google Ads; Bing Ads and Facebook Ads a plus.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of eCommerce, Google Tag Manager, and audience building preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to troubleshoot, think creatively, and work in a team.</li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office and analytics tools like Google Analytics.</li>\n<li>Google Ads and Analytics certification preferred; Facebook Blueprint Certification a plus.</li>\n<li>Comfortable Talking to Clients.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; web development skills a plus.</li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Paid Search in an online environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and have a passion for internet marketing, with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</p>",
