This role serves as a key partner to leadership&mdash;bringing strong proposal management, brand stewardship, and creative direction to support business development and growth.<br>&nbsp;<br>The ideal candidate is both a strategist and doer&mdash;capable of managing multiple priorities, driving high-quality deliverables, and collaborating effectively with technical teams across the organization.</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Key Responsibilities</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to leadership on marketing strategy and best practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead preparation of prequalifications, proposals, and presentations from kickoff through submission</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with technical staff and partners to develop compelling, compliant deliverables</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage government forms (including SF 330s) and client questionnaires</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, resumes, project sheets)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and enhance brand standards and visual identity</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee website content and manage social media platforms</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track leads, opportunities, and pursuit progress</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate resume/project data</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support conferences, events, and presentations</li></ul></div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Qualifications</h1><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5+ years of marketing experience in professional services (A/E/C preferred)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with proposals and SF 330 submissions preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Deltek Vision or similar CRM preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong project management and organizational skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage multiple priorities independently</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to travel between office locations as needed</li></ul></div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Why Join Soltesz</h1><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the firm&rsquo;s brand and growth strategy.
