    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>Go-Kart Track Attendant</p><p><strong>Immediate Supervisor: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>VP of Track Operations</p><p><strong>Employees Supervised: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>None</p><p><strong>FLSA Status:</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Non-Exempt</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Job Purpose</u></strong></p><p>As a Go-Kart Track Attendant with Las Vegas Motorsports Park, you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of a go-kart track, ride or group of rides (children, family, and/or adult rides) while providing excellent guest service.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to push/pull go-karts; Start and stop karts</li><li>Assist guests with loading/unloading</li><li>Brief customers on track procedure and safety</li><li>Provide a safe &amp; fun environment for every customer</li><li>Maintain track appearance and functionality; reports any concerns to management</li><li>Ensure that the pit, kart shop and track areas remain clean and safe</li><li>Ensure the safety of all riders while consistently checking for potential safety issues</li><li>Maintain visual contact with the ride and the guests.</li><li>Knowledgeable&nbsp;of facility emergency procedures.</li><li><strong>Other duties as assigned</strong></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must Be 18 years old</li><li>Must pass drug and background screening</li><li>Clean driving record</li><li>Must be well-groomed and have a neat appearance.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work outside and on your feet for long periods of time.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather, conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain</li><li><strong>Must have open availability</strong></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Work Environment</u></strong></p><p>May be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable; may be exposed to hazardous equipment and/or hazardous conditions requiring the need to wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hard hats; may require working in very hot or very cold temperatures; may require working under covered structure with roof but no walls; requires working outdoors exposed to all weather conditions. Performs physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials; using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things; repeating the same physical activities or mental activities over and over, without stopping.
