    "description": "<p><strong><u><span style=\"background-color:#f1c40f\">2nd Shift: </span></u><span style=\"background-color:#f1c40f\">4:00pm - 2:30am (Mon-Thurs)</span></strong></p>\n\n<p>Incumbent responsible for the operations of roll formers and/or beam mills, various presses and/or saws in a safe and efficient manner with minimal supervision</p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n\n<p>Ability to pass tape, print, mic, square and protractor tests</p>\n\n<p>Ability to assist with mill operations and set up</p>\n\n<p>Ability to thread steel in mill or splicing coils</p>\n\n<p>Ability to operate mill producing parts to conformance</p>\n\n<p>Production and mill activity accounting</p>\n\n<p>Proper parts inspection and identification</p>\n\n<p>Ability to perform general maintenance such as greasing and cleaning</p>\n\n<p>Ability to be cross trained on other machinery</p>\n\n<p>Ability to meet and exceed production standards</p>\n\n<p>Must be able to weld coil ends</p>\n\n<p>Must be able to read complicated prints</p>\n\n<p>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide</p>\n\n<p>Follows company policies and procedures</p>\n\n<p>Other duties as assigned</p>\n",
