This role encompasses full P&amp;L accountability, strategic leadership, and regional execution across a complex, high-growth, and diverse geography.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This role operates within a cost-conscious, highly competitive generic veterinary pharmaceutical environment, where commercial aggression, pricing agility, and operational discipline are essential to success. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a sharp focus on margin management, cost control, and customer-driven execution.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">In addition to regional commercial and operational leadership, the role is responsible for supporting the onboarding, commercial management, and performance oversight of both internal and external Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs), including third-party CMOs placing products in Bimeda's China facility or manufacturing independently for the region.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The successful candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on leader, with a strong track record in execution, commercial acumen, cross-cultural leadership, and regulatory navigation.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">CMO Strategy &amp; External Partner Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify, engage, and manage both internal and third-party CMOs operating across the AMEA region.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support onboarding of CMO partners whose own-label products are manufactured at Bimeda’s China facility, and oversee broader external CMO relationships supplying to AMEA markets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead negotiations and performance oversight to ensure alignment with Bimeda’s quality, financial, capacity, and strategic objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with Group Operations, Quality, and China-based teams to ensure seamless execution, regulatory compliance, and cost-effectiveness.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
