We are looking for a person who will be responsible to maintain service quality and good relationship to existing students and provide end-to-end English Course consultation and experience as well.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive branch service team to hit their individual and branch targets for student renewals, referrals, and active attendance.</li><li>Supervise Service Consultant team to ensure daily service standards are met and resolve student complaints effectively.</li><li>Organize branch events and activities to keep students engaged and happy with their learning experience.</li><li>Track team performance and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager and Management.</li><li>Work closely with the Sales and Academic teams to ensure smooth daily branch operations.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management.</li><li>Proven experience leading a team or supervising team to reach business targets.</li><li>Preferably with minimum intermediate level</li><li>Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.</li></ul>",
