Description Job Descriptions: EF EFEKTA English for Adults is expanding our team and looking for Seninor Service Consultant who is highly motivated and fits our EF culture. We are looking for a person who will be responsible to maintain service quality and good relationship to existing students and provide end-to-end English Course consultation and experience as well. Responsibilities: Drive branch service team to hit their individual and branch targets for student renewals, referrals, and active attendance. Supervise Service Consultant team to ensure daily service standards are met and resolve student complaints effectively. Organize branch events and activities to keep students engaged and happy with their learning experience. Track team performance and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager and Management. Work closely with the Sales and Academic teams to ensure smooth daily branch operations. Minimum Qualifications: 3–5 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management. Proven experience leading a team or supervising team to reach business targets. Preferably with minimum intermediate level Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. Organization EF EFEKTA English for Adults is a division of EF. Since 1986 in Indonesia, we have been serving various segments of language students. Currently, we have English centers in Jakarta and Surabaya, and online classes nationwide, focusing on the needs of adult learners.
