What You'll Do Knobelsdorff Enterprises (KE) Own project performance, including schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction Lead and develop project teams across field, office, and support functions Manage project schedules, track milestones, and mitigate risks Oversee budgets, forecasting, and overall project financial health Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders Maintain regular job site presence to ensure safety, quality, and progress Drive communication across teams and lead project meetings Identify and execute change orders and risk mitigation strategies Ensure project closeout documentation is completed on time Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance on all projects What You Will Bring 3+ years of experience managing onsite construction projects (heavy commercial, data centers, or industrial projects required)  Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project teams Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proven experience managing customer expectations and resolving issues Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements Experience with project financials, forecasting, and reporting Preferred: Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, or similar tools Preferred: Experience managing subcontractors and change orders Travel is REQUIRED - 50% Pay Range We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in. $110,000 - $160,000 Total Rewards Statement As a full-time employee at Knobelsdorff, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and future.100% employer-paid health and dental coverage for employees HSA contributions to support your medical expenses Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage 401(k) with competitive company match Profit sharing and performance-based incentives Paid weekly with competitive wages PTO, six paid holidays, and education reimbursement Exclusive employee discounts through Working Advantage We believe your work should be rewarded with more than just a paycheck.
