    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h1><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><u><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">Summary:</span></u></span></h1><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Coordinates the shipping or storage of green bean with the Processing Operations Manager &ldquo;POM&rdquo;, Assistant POM, the Accounting Department, Sales and Marketing Department, the Roast Plant and the Retail Sales Department.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Makes arrangements for shipping of green bean coffee. &nbsp;Confirms that shipping manifests are prepared properly and from time to time may also prepare manifests.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Plans and schedules loading of bags of green bean finished goods into container load or less-than container load shipments maximizing efficiency.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Maintains all green bean storage facilities in a clean, organized and efficiently operating manner and performs minor servicing, maintenance, and cleaning of AC&rsquo;s, dehumidifiers and circular chart recorders in green bean storage areas.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Maintains an accurate inventory of green bean and supplies.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Coordinates inspection and stamping of green bean lots with State Department of Agriculture inspector.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Sets, monitors and manages traps for cats, rodents, meal-moths and other pests to prevent contamination or infestation in coffee.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Inspects and monitors status of safety equipment such as ladders, fire extinguishers, eye wash stations in warehouse and other areas.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Transports roasted products, supplies, &nbsp;parts, materials and equipment for the Roast Plant, E-commerce, and Visitor Center as needed.</span></li></ul><p><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Job Duties:</span></u></strong></p><ol><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Takes and logs accurate inventory of green bean, packaging materials, dry goods and consumables.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Tracks, identifies and lays out bags of green bean by lot to allow for good access and accurate inspection by the State Department of Agriculture inspector and stamps tags on bags and sacks of green bean with State grades.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Confirms that shipping manifests are prepared properly and from time to time may also prepare manifests. Plans and schedules loading of bags of green bean (finished goods) into container load or less-than container load shipments maximizing efficiency.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Shrink wraps pallet-loads of bagged green bean coffee by hand or with shrink-wrap machine.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Loads or directs loading of green bean into shipping containers.
