Join us!</p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The International Shipping Coordinator serves as the primary operational liaison between the US Exports Team and the AirLife Phoenix Distribution Center. This position is responsible for coordinating all international order fulfillment activities, export documentation, freight logistics, and cross-functional communication to ensure compliant, on-time delivery of AirLife products to global customers and distribution partners.</p><p>The coordinator interfaces with internal departments &ndash; including International Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Shipping &ndash; and external partners including freight forwarders, customs brokers, air and ocean carriers, and international distributors. The role requires a high degree of accuracy, cross-cultural communication competency, and a working knowledge of export compliance regulations applicable to the global medical device industry.</p><p><strong>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Knowledge of international shipping terminology, Incoterms 2020, and export documentation requirements including commercial invoices, packing lists,QualityControlCertificates, Shipper&#39;s Letters of Instruction,AirWaybill,BillofLading.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Knowledge of US export regulations including EAR, ECCN classifications,HS Codesand denied party screening requirements applicable to medical device distribution.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Working knowledge of ERP and order management systems such asSalesPad, SAP,Korberorequivalent platforms used in international order fulfillment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite &mdash; specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams &mdash; at an intermediate to advanced level.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Working knowledge of air and ocean freight operations including carrier coordination, freight quoting, consolidation, and shipment tracking.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Demonstratesability to prepare, review, and distribute accurate export documentation with a high degree of attention to detail in a high-volume environment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with international distributors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Ability to manage multiple open shipments, competing deadlines, and cross-functional priorities simultaneously without loss of accuracy or quality.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Ability to identify and escalate order exceptions, supply shortages, and documentation discrepancies to the US Exportsteamwithin defined timelines.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 6px;\">Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Level of Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Minimum Required: Two years of direct experience in international shipping, freight coordination, or export operations within a distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.</p><p>Preferred: One additional year of experience in a customer service role supporting international accounts, preferably in a regulated industry such as medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.</p><p><strong>Level of Education:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>High School Diploma or GED required. Associate&rsquo;s degree in business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
