The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong technical, organizational, and communication skills and have a proven track record contributing to the scheduling process on data center or large, complex construction projects.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><b>We encourage you to apply today!</b></span></p>\n<p><span><b>Role accountabilities:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Helping in the development of project schedules</li>\n <li>Building detailed engineering, construction, and validation logic-driven/resource-loaded schedules, analyzing critical path updates, schedule progress, evaluating schedule options, communicating schedule status to the project manager, client, consultants, and others</li>\n <li>Coordinate and negotiate project schedules and dependencies to achieve successful client outcomes</li>\n <li>Proactively identify and address project risk, resolving challenges and conflicts to keep Teams and deliverables on track</li>\n <li>Participate in schedule and budget review meetings at the construction site or client facilities</li>\n <li>Collecting and recording real-time schedule and performance data, including installed quantities, expended labor hours, and other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontracted work</li>\n <li>Provide detailed information and related reports&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Able to meet and manage deadlines and project action requests&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Build positive relationships with Arcadis Teams, Client Teams and related stakeholders&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li>4 or more years of experience in project scheduling, preferably with data center construction programs or with large, complex capital construction projects&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Demonstrated project history that reflects strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. It would be an asset if you have worked in a Client Representative environment or have been part of a Client On-site Team previously&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline like: &nbsp;Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong software technical skills that include a proficiency with Primavera P6</li>\n <li>Currently holds or is interested in obtaining professional certification such as Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), or PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
