The candidate must be currently licensed to practice law in Oregon and preferably Washington (or be willing to waive into Washington).&nbsp;The ideal candidate has 2+ years of solid experience litigating, including employment cases.&nbsp; In addition, we&rsquo;d like a candidate with some employment advice experience, such as drafting handbooks and employment-related agreements, but this experience is not required.&nbsp; Candidates must have strong writing and time management skills.</p>\n\n<p><!-- /wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --></p>\n\n<p>Buchalter employment attorneys partner closely with clients to provide broad, protective counsel that minimizes risk&nbsp;exposure. Our critical risk-management solutions allow clients to focus on managing their businesses while we&nbsp;manage the details of their employment problems. We work with business management to ensure&nbsp;workplace compliance and an immediate response when conflict arises. We provide advice and counsel to business and defend employers from lawsuits.
