    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;</div><h2 id=\"isPasted\">Duties/Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Careful initial planning of the job to be carried out, reading and following erection drawings/plans.</li><li>Using cranes to lift and guide individual steel components into position.</li><li>Knowledge of crane signals</li><li>Accurately aligning and leveling each steel component into place before bolting and welding them into fixed positions</li><li>Using mobile elevated work platforms, ladders, and lifts as the structure gains height, to access sections off the ground. Forklift/Boom Lift certifications are a plus.</li><li>Laying metal decking and installing safety railing as the structure is built up.</li><li>Health and safety are very important, so strict adherence to OSHA guidelines is a must and always to be followed.</li><li>Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, protractor, and ruler.&nbsp;</li><li>Tack welds or welds components and assemblies using GTAW or GMAW techniques.&nbsp;</li><li>Inspects components before assembly, making sure they comply with manufacturing blueprints.&nbsp;</li><li>Be able to weld in multiple positions.&nbsp;</li><li>Analyzes engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Equipment Maintenance, perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Qualifications:&nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Must be skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as machinery such as drills, saws, and grinders.&nbsp;</li><li>Displays a basic mechanical aptitude. Familiar with equipment function and servicing requirements.
