You have a knack for building strong and trusting client relationships, leading projects across Alberta. You are highly organized, have a keen eye for detail and will lead complex projects from start to finish – on time, on budget and up to client expectations.  Your ability to oversee multiple projects through the entire project lifecycle will be key in driving these projects to success, from identifying and addressing gaps to controlling costs and ensuring clear, effective communication.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>By collaborating with local community leaders, you'll help deliver world-class facilities that improve the quality of life in communities across Canada, providing access to essential services like housing, education, and healthcare. Be part of the story that shapes the future and builds better places for people to live, meet, and connect.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives</li>\n <li>Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives</li>\n <li>Lead programs or work and large capital projects, varying in size and scope.</li>\n <li>Manage all stakeholders including both clients and consultants</li>\n <li>Ensure that client expectations and satisfaction are met or exceeded on all projects and the client’s best interests are represented with respect to contractual and technical issues</li>\n <li>Select and organize project teams and establish levels of authority and lines of communication</li>\n <li>Lead the control of project related documents and deliver all work in accordance and compliance with Colliers Project Leaders Quality Management System and procedures</li>\n <li>Chair project and site meetings, find resolution to issues and coordinate between multiple stakeholders</li>\n <li>Maintain contact with existing and prospective clients and respond to business development and sales opportunities with support from the Business Development Team, Principal or Regional Vice President</li>\n <li>Report on project status by means of schedule updates, meeting minutes, financial records and other reports</li>\n <li>Provide oversight and leadership to the change management process, payment certificates and other contract or project related administrative documents</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience.</li>\n <li>A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, representing owners to multiple stakeholders in the delivery of projects of varying size and scope in a range of sectors including, particularly buildings and facilities</li>\n <li>Experience in public sector projects is an asset</li>\n <li>PMP designation is a definite asset and will be supported to complete</li>\n <li>Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships and working collaboratively</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Projects)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Don’t have every single qualification?</strong> We know that some people are less likely to apply for a job unless they are a perfect match.
