If you want to work on hard problems, take pride in what you ship, and grow in ways that match the scale of the challenges you’re taking on — this is that place.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Own</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Infrrd’s frontend architecture — defining how it is built, not just maintaining what exists.</li>\n<li>Technical direction for UI systems: scalability, performance, and design patterns that hold up under enterprise load.</li>\n<li>Code reviews, architecture decisions, and hands-on mentoring of the frontend team.</li>\n<li>The bridge between backend capabilities and the user experience our enterprise clients rely on.</li>\n<li>AI-enabled engineering workflows — you won’t just use AI tools, you’ll define how the team uses them.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Need</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years in frontend development, including large-scale enterprise applications.</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in Angular 8+, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to design and drive UI architecture end-to-end, from whiteboard to production.</li>\n<li>Experience with performance optimisation and cross-browser compatibility.</li>\n<li>Leadership experience: code reviews, mentoring, owning technical decisions.</li>\n<li>Strong communicator who can work across engineering, product, and design.</li>\n<li>Hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and improve quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<p>React or Vue experience, cloud/DevOps exposure, UI/UX familiarity, or prior work on AI or document processing products.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your health is on us — comprehensive insurance for you and your family, because we believe taking care of our people isn’t a perk, it’s a baseline.</li>\n<li>ESOPs for top performers — you help build something great, you own a piece of it.</li>\n<li>L&amp;D budget — books, courses, conferences.
