The Spotted Frog offers a full bar offers refreshing frozen beverages along with beer and wine from the Pacific Northwest. Sunriver Resort guests can enjoy their snack or meal at the bar, in the café or poolside. The Bartender is responsible for mixing and serving drinks to guests. S/he will ensure legal age limits for all alcohol consumption. The Bartender assists in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond Standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Bartender will always conduct them self in a manner that supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: <em>Trust, </em><em>Open & Honest Communication, and </em><em>Commitment. </em>The Bartender shall strive to provide exceptional service to our pool guests at all times. Bartenders will be responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture as well as promoting Sunriver Resort as both the Destination and Employer of Choice!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction</li>\n <li>Provide F&B poolside service as required</li>\n <li>Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages according to recipe</li>\n <li>Maintains cleanliness of walk-ins and reach-ins</li>\n <li>Adheres to all OLCC, Food Handlers and CPR standards and Sunriver Resort policies</li>\n <li>Ensures cleanliness of bar and glassware</li>\n <li>Takes food and beverages orders, using POS system to ring items in</li>\n <li>Ensures opening, ongoing and closing sidework is complete and signed off by a manager on duty</li>\n <li>Counts money in cash drawers at end of shift to ensure the amounts are correct and there is adequate change</li>\n <li>Ensures end of shift bank is balanced with appropriate procedures followed in daily drop</li>\n <li>Obtains credit cards or room information to begin tabs</li>\n <li>Must ensure bookkeeping and proper payment is received </li>\n <li>Maintains seasonal liquor, beer and wine pars</li>\n <li>Responsible for daily requisition completion </li>\n <li>Properly reports tips and hours at the end of each shift using the proper documents for recording</li>\n <li>Ensures supplies/ingredients are properly stocked before, during and after shift</li>\n <li>Checks identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase/consumption</li>\n <li>Offers menu advice and suggestions to guests</li>\n <li>Maintains a strong knowledge of beverage trends</li>\n <li>Attends monthly mandatory department meeting </li>\n <li>Resolves guest issues promptly and with great care and effectiveness</li>\n <li>Provides general resort information for guests</li>\n <li>Offers warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of Sunriver Resort including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guest</li>\n <li>Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school education required</li>\n <li>At least one year resort server experience preferred</li>\n <li>At least one year food & beverage experience preferred</li>\n <li>At least six months experience with POS systems preferred</li>\n <li>At least one year bartending experience preferred</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Must possess valid OLCC card upon hire</li>\n <li>Must possess valid Food Handler’s card upon hire </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the guests and associates </li>\n <li>Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height </li>\n <li>Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#SunriverResort</p>",
