Together, we will create a better world through sport. Join us.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor for our Ada facility.  This position will oversee the manufacturing of leather footballs in a union environment and will be a key player in assisting in process improvements throughout the factory floor.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee Union Production Staff in adhering to established procedures and processes.</li>\n <li>Assist and participate in the hiring process of Union Production Staff.</li>\n <li>Provide consistent and regular feedback to team members pertaining to job performance, attendance, and compliance with Company policies and Union contract.</li>\n <li>Create a culture of accountability, empowerment, and teamwork.</li>\n <li>Assure that production output meets established schedules.</li>\n <li>Evaluate current production processes and incorporate improved production efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Assure that all environmental and safety procedures are followed and update as necessary.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We're Looking For </h2>\n<p>We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on supervisory experience managing a production line in a manufacturing environment.  Degree preferred, but not required.  Previous supervisory or management experience in a union environment is desired.   This position is for first shift.
