    "description_html": "<p><strong>Who We Are:</strong><br>Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distribution company that has proudly served Idaho and Montana for four generations.</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The <strong>Warehouse Associate</strong> is a member of the warehouse picking and loading team, responsible for stocking pallets and preparing beverage orders for distribution.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Safely and accurately select customer orders using scanners, voice-directed systems, or other warehouse technology.</li><li>Verify product type, package size, quantities, and order accuracy using handheld devices and company systems.</li><li>Build and stock pallets with beverage products according to assigned order tickets and loading requirements.</li><li>Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to transport inventory and completed orders.</li><li>Properly shrink-wrap, label, and prepare products for shipment.</li><li>Load delivery vehicles with outbound orders and unload incoming trucks, empty pallets, and keg returns.</li><li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including aisles, storage locations, pallets, and work areas.</li><li>Follow all warehouse safety procedures and support facility security standards.</li><li>Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills & Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks is preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow order selection instructions.</li><li>Ability to work safely, efficiently, and consistently in a warehouse environment.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining productivity and accuracy.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands & Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to regularly lift and move beverage cases weighing 20–45 lbs. Duties require frequent bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.</li><li>Work may be performed in multiple warehouse temperature environments, including dry, cool, and refrigerated areas.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>401(k) matching up to 7%</li><li>Health insurance after 60 days</li><li>Discounted beverage products</li></ul>",
