Program Management</b></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to implementation and transition into BAU.</li><li>Define project scope, objectives, success measures, and delivery approach in alignment with business priorities and platform strategy.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resourcing models, and dependency maps.</li><li>Actively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), escalating as appropriate in line with SS&amp;C governance frameworks.</li><li>Track progress against milestones and benefits, ensuring delivery remains aligned to approved business cases.</li><li>Deliver clear, concise project reporting to steering committees, governance forums, and senior stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects.</li><li>Build strong working relationships with Operations, Global Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Client Management, and external partners.</li><li>Facilitate effective decision-making by translating complex information into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring transparency around progress, risks, and trade-offs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Change, Implementation &amp; Operational Readiness</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate implementation activities including testing, cutover planning, operational readiness, hypercare, and transition to BAU ownership.</li><li>Ensure business change impacts are clearly understood and managed, including process, control, and capability impacts.</li><li>Partner with Operations to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and support operational resilience and client outcomes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Governance, Risk &amp; Control Alignment</b></p><ul><li>Establish and maintain project governance aligned to SS&amp;C change, risk, and control frameworks.</li><li>Ensure projects comply with internal policies, audit requirements, and external regulatory obligations (including APRA CPS 230 and ASIC requirements).</li><li>Prepare governance packs, decision papers, and status updates for project and operational forums.</li><li>Maintain continuity of critical operations throughout delivery and change activities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Vendor, TSA &amp; Transition Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage delivery elements involving third-party vendors, technology partners, and Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs).</li><li>Track contractual milestones, deliverables, and dependencies in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations.</li><li>Support transition, separation, or integration activities where required, ensuring operational and client impacts are effectively managed.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>What You Will Bring:</b></u></p><ul><li>Proven experience delivering projects within fund services, registry, or investment operations in a regulated financial services environment.</li><li>Strong end-to-end project management capability across complex operational and technology-enabled initiatives.</li><li>Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.</li><li>Solid understanding of operational risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks (APRA/ASIC).</li><li>Experience supporting automation, platform transitions, operating model change, or large-scale process improvements.</li><li>Familiarity with registry or fund administration platforms; exposure to SS&amp;C platforms (e.g. HiPort, Trust Architect) is highly regarded.</li><li>Strong planning, reporting, and communication skills, with attention to detail and delivery discipline.</li><li>Relevant tertiary qualifications;
