          "text": "<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and critical thinking Human Factors Intern to join our innovative team in Chicago, IL. As a Human Factors Intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of human factors principles and methodologies to real-world projects, while learning tangible skills from the experienced Human Factors professionals on the team.</p><ul><li>Assist in planning and conducting usability studies</li><li>Analyze and interpret data collected from usability studies</li><li>Support the creation of research reports and presentations</li><li>Contribute to the development of user interface designs and prototypes</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate human factors principles into product development processes</li></ul><p>Some domestic travel (approximately 20%) will be required for supporting usability study activities.</p>",
