      "content": "\n<li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, governance, or data management with a growth track record required.</li>\n<li>Prior experience within insurance industry strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Practical experience inside the Microsoft Fabric workspace is required.</li>\n<li>Proven experience leveraging Snowflake’s core capabilities to drive scalable, cost-optimized data strategies required.</li>\n<li>Strong background working with enterprise source systems, operational data feeds, and customer-facing platforms required.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting or partnering with teams that use large scale policy, claims, CRM, or workflow systems required.</li>\n<li>Proven success building cross-functional relationships and influencing at the Executive level required.</li>\n<li>Experience leading enterprise data governance programs required.</li>\n"
