    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "What to Expect in the Role:\n<ul>\n <li>Assist customers in the selection of goods ensuring that each customer receives professional service in person and on the phone.&nbsp; Be proficient with up-selling and cross-selling merchandise.</li>\n <li>Provide a friendly, professional, and inviting environment for customers&nbsp;to demonstrate a hospitality-based approach to retail. This includes&nbsp;greeting and acknowledging customers as well as engaging in meaningful conversations.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate solid product knowledge, including function and care.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintain an awareness of all merchandise promotions, sales, and advertisements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise.&nbsp; Participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicate customer requests to management.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Promote and answer questions about the history of King Ranch to customers.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Transfer and stock materials for the store.</li>\n <li>Stamp (personalize) selected leather goods.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>What We Will Be Needing From You:&nbsp;\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must have 1 year of retail or customer service experience. Previous experience in luxury goods or in the outdoor industry is a plus. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pick up information quickly.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively problem solve and resolve conflicts within a retail environment.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Team Player.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Genuine interest and enthusiasm in the King Ranch brand, leather goods, the outdoors, craftsmanship, apparel, etc. or willingness to learn.</li>\n <li>Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, from product handling to customer interactions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills including how to engage customers.</li>\n <li>Must have a high school diploma.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Technical background in platforms such as Shopify, NetSuite, and Oracle is a plus.</li>\n</ul>",
