"description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Summary: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The Reporting Analyst works closely with various other team members to ensure fielding data is reported with accuracy and precision to the client. In this role, you will also work closely with other departments and client groups, providing disposition reports and call breakdown analysis. The role requires extraordinary attention to detail and communication skills. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities and Duties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Thoroughly reviews all project specifications at beginning of each project and throughout the duration of the project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Obtains and organizes all materials necessary </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provides daily updates with regard to project performance. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Creates disposition reports to suit the end client’s needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Is quick to identify any issues requiring escalation and act as appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ensures work is delivered with highest level of quality at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Being responsive and anticipating executives needs/requests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong statistical skills and ability to analyze key project stats based on statistical indicators</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experience in customer service is required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Solid understanding of reporting procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Experience in fundamental financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Positive, patient, and flexible.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Willing to work weekends as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must Speak Fluent English.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Minimum 1 year experience with in-depth knowledge of Excel, and a strong methodological background.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Minimum 1 year experience in project planning/organization experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of market research methods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to grasp and understand new technologies quickly (e.g. platforms)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Highly proficient with MS Excel and Word. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n</ul>",
