    "description": "<p><span>POSITION:</span><span> Counterintelligence Officer</span></p>\n<p><span>LOCATION: </span><span>Redstone Arsenal</span></p>\n<p><span>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: </span><span>May be required to travel</span></p>\n<p><span>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: </span><span>No</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Overview:</span></p>\n<p><span>Cintel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Counterintelligence Officer to provide support to our government customer and their mission.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Specific duties associated with this position are as follows:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Identify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reports</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Conduct analysis in support of operational activities to assemble, correlate, evaluate and assess information concerning counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems and/or facilities</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Analyze information received to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to answer these gaps via appropriate collection means</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Support counterintelligence and intelligence inquiries under the direction of the counterintelligence team lead</span></li>\n<li><br><span>When appropriate, prepare intelligence information reports</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Conduct counterintelligence briefings to personnel as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Works independently and/or leads sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Recent analytical report drafting and analysis experience to include Q&amp;A</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience providing intelligence analysis support to vetting and/or research, development, and acquisitions</span></li>\n<li><br><span>A minimum of (8) years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project</span></li>\n<li><br><span>A minimum of (5) years of related experience supporting counterintelligence analysis as an agent or analyst</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Must be formally CI trained and certified to USD/I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Clearance: Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>CULTURE REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Engineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self‐organized.
