Support periodic status reporting to process owners and senior management. </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">·  Business Flow Chart Creation:  </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:1in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">o Facilitate process value chain mapping sessions with process owners and create Business Flow Charts (BFC’s) using Excel tool to support Corporate Governance activities. </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:1in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">o Support the Senior Business Analyst and team to deliver technical support and training to Facilitators for BFC and Excel technical tool </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:1in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">o Support Senior Analyst and team in BFC activities as assigned </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">·  Project Reporting: </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:1in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">o Support the Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager in the development and maintenance of all project reporting including but not limited to, 1) Process Improvement Tracker, 2) Project Meeting Minutes, 3) Status reports.  </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">· Leverage technical capabilities to improve project reporting efficiencies, for example, utilize Excel macros to develop customized project reporting, learn SharePoint to improve reporting and maintenance of project data and reports. </span>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\"><strong>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">Bachelor’s degree with a major in business, accounting, finance, economics or equivalent.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">Strong Computer Literacy skills including Microsoft Office Products.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">Excellent communication skills</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups at all levels of the organization</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">Strong organizational, problem-solving/critical thinking/root cause analysis and analytical skills.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">Ability to travel up to 20%</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">·</span> <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: Arial;\">Ability to exhibit a professional business-like appearance and demeanor.</span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n</div></div>\n",
