    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Complete all relevant company web-based training</li>\n <li>Responsible for accuracy and completion of all paperwork associated with shipping and receiving of downhole tools.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of downhole tools with a forklift onto various sizes of truck and trailer combinations, with utilizing overhead crane in shop.</li>\n <li>Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by dispatch manager.</li>\n <li>Assist with various tool reports such as, tools out, down and dirty and tools shipped.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with shop technicians, shop supervisors, shop manager and sales team for tool requirements.</li>\n <li>Responsible for answering phones/emails promptly and giving updates on requests to internal or<br>\n  external customers,</li>\n <li>Responsible for keeping all incoming and outgoing racks organized and ensuring tools are on proper<br>\n  racks.</li>\n <li>Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by dispatch manager.<br><br><strong><u>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>2years of dispatch experience preferred<br><br><strong><u>JOB REQUIREMENTS</u></strong>:</li>\n <li>Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.</li>\n <li>Work schedule will vary month to month due to tool demands. Must be able to work nights and/or weekends due to rotating schedule set by dispatch manager.</li>\n <li>Must be able to be on call at various times as scheduled by dispatch manager.</li>\n <li>Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.</li>\n <li>Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.</li>\n <li>Able to work with various personalities.<br><br><strong><u>BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:</u></strong></li>\n <li>Integrity and Trustworthy&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Interpersonal Savvy</li>\n <li>Perseverance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaboration</li>\n <li>Drive for Results<br><br><strong><u>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:</u></strong></li>\n <li>Must be able to with MS office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willing to learn our company<br>\n  systems TAT and EDS</li>\n</ul>",
