This is your opportunity to drive cutting-edge design, guide project execution, and make a lasting impact across diverse transportation initiatives.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the technical execution of complex engineering designs, technical reports, and specifications for bridge infrastructure</li>\n <li>Provide expert consultation and resolve highly complex technical issues in various areas of bridge and transportation engineering, such as bridge design and accelerated bridge construction (ABC)</li>\n <li>Lead advanced technical projects, collaborating with other engineering departments and project management staff to deliver sustainable solutions</li>\n <li>Develop and manage discipline work plans aligned with project milestones, ensuring projects are completed within budget and scheduling restraints</li>\n <li>Guide and mentor junior engineering staff, including providing technical reviews and support</li>\n <li>Deliver technical development of proposals and external presentations to clients, public, and regulatory agencies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required; bridge experience desired</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required</li>\n <li>ODOT or INDOT experience preferred</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a technical leader within the transportation discipline, leading challenging bridge projects that drive innovation and technical excellence</li>\n <li>Make a measurable impact while mentoring the next generation of engineering talent</li>\n <li>Flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Bridge team is doing?
