This position is responsible for greeting guests, managing tee times, monitoring pace of play, and maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the golf course and staging areas.</p>\n\n<hr />\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Greet customers with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Track tee times and turn times to maintain efficient course flow</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Provide general assistance and information to golfers</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Monitor pace of play and address any on-course concerns</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Operate and safely park golf carts</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Use an iPad to track tee sheets and course activity</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and workspaces</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assist customers with questions, concerns, or on-course needs</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Work collaboratively with the golf shop and hospitality staff</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused demeanor</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>General knowledge of golf preferred</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to read, write, and follow instructions</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Comfortable using basic technology such as an iPad</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to work independently and stay organized</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Previous golf course experience is a plus, but not required</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to operate golf carts safely</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h2>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Starting wage: <strong>$10.00 per hour plus tips</strong></p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Golf privileges (eligibility requirements apply)</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Paid time off</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>401(k) retirement plan</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Health benefits for full-time employees</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Employee discounts on food and beverage</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<p>Suncrest Golf &amp; Grille is proud to be part of the <strong>St. Barnabas Hospitality Group</strong>.
