This role is also eligible for S&amp;C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Join Our Team as a Supervisor – Assembly!</strong></p><p>The Supervisor is responsible for the operations of the work area, leading a team of Team Leads and hourly team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). The Supervisor provides day-to-day work direction, plans work orders and resources, drives problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes an engaged and safety-focused team culture to achieve department and organizational goals. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Department Leadership</strong>: Provide day-to-day leadership support for the department, including supporting all administrative tasks completion, issue resolution, and the seamless coordination of resources. Supervise and guide the team to ensure all job orders and daily metrics are met.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Assembly Process Leadership:</strong> Oversee and guide team members on Assembly processes for the assigned area, coordinating with department leaders and cascading best practices down to team members through team leads. Train team members on intricate assembly processes and troubleshoot issues to ensure production flows smoothly. Support the planning and coordinating of department assembly schedules, production rates, and capacity plans. Review and ensure team understanding of goals and oversee the upkeep of KPI boards.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Quality Management:</strong>&nbsp;Ensure proper inspection of assembled components, subassemblies, and finished products, addressing defects and ensuring adherence to specifications. Enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed company standards. Support initiatives to continuously improve product quality and consistency. Set and maintain high levels of product quality. Support communication of corrective action plans, resolutions, and quality results.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Supply Management:</strong> Utilize Oracle ERP and internal applications to manage inventory and order necessary supplies, ensuring the uninterrupted availability of parts.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Health &amp; Safety Compliance:</strong> Promote safety awareness and housekeeping, investigate and report on safety incidents, maintain and promote a safety-conscious manufacturing environment, enforce health and safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to production operations.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Reporting:</strong> Create production and status reports. Communicates regularly with upper management regarding problems impacting production. Reports issues regarding production, quality, maintenance, or personnel to function leadership.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Leadership &amp; People Management:</strong> Uphold and promote a professional work environment, addressing minor conflicts and fostering teamwork in line with S&amp;C’s values. Monitor team tasks and provide regular feedback, both constructive and encouraging.
