This is an ideal daytime schedule for anyone looking for work during normal school hours. This position is responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping products to customers while ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and is committed to workplace safety and operational excellence.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Responsibilities and Expectations:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Although not all inclusive, additional responsibilities, expectations and skills will include:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pull, prepare, package and ship customer orders according to order sheets and shipping requirements.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify shipment contents against bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and other documentation to ensure accuracy.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure products are packaged properly to maintain product quality and prevent damage during shipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generate and maintain accurate shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize FedEx ToolBox and HelpDesk to provide weight/dimension estimates and freight quotes to Customer Service.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support inventory management efforts, including cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory locations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while identifying and eliminating potential safety hazards.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in team meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and departmental activities as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Achieve and maintain certifications for domestic and international HAZMAT shipping (DOT, IATA, IMDG).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all company quality, safety, GMP, OSHA and ISO9001 standards and procedures.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">AquaPhoenix Scientific considers applicants with diverse backgrounds, education, and work experience; however, applicants for the <strong><em>Shipping Technician&nbsp;</em></strong>position will frequently have a combined education and/or work experience that is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and prior shipping and/or packing experience.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School diploma or equivalent required; prior shipping, warehouse, or packing experience is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic to intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software and systems easily.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong math and analytical skills with the ability to identify errors and perform basic calculations accurately.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to work additional hours as needed during peak operational periods.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to wear PPE and safely perform physical job duties for extended periods.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About Us:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">AquaPhoenix is driven by a company culture that inspires a flexible, fun, &lsquo;can-do&rsquo; approach to business.
