The Production Lead serves as the primary point of contact for resolving workflow issues, coordinating shift transitions, and driving performance on the floor.</p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Oversee operations:</strong> Manage daily production activities across pods, ensuring goals are met.</li><li><strong>Support team members:</strong> Provide guidance and assistance to Production Associates and Operators as needed.</li><li><strong>Coordinate workflows:</strong> Assign tasks, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to maintain production flow.</li><li><strong>Problem solve:</strong> Address escalated issues promptly to minimize downtime.</li><li><strong>Maintain quality and safety:</strong> Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational procedures.</li><li><strong>Facilitate transitions:</strong> Lead setup, shift changeovers, and cleanup for smooth handoffs.</li><li><strong>Communicate effectively:</strong> Act as the link between floor staff and management, relaying updates and feedback.</li><li><strong>Drive performance:</strong> Track production metrics and collaborate with leadership to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.</li><li><strong>Train and mentor:</strong> Support onboarding and development of new production team members.<br></li></ul><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>3+ years of experience in production, warehouse, or logistics; leadership or lead experience strongly preferred.</li></ul><h3><strong>Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Ability to follow written and verbal English instructions accurately.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Basic proficiency with computer systems and digital tools relevant to daily operations.</li><li>Dependable, adaptable, and committed to safety and quality standards.<br></li></ul><h3><strong>Key Essential Functions</strong></h3><ul><li>Must be able to stand for at least <strong>8 hours at a day</strong> and up to <strong>10 hours per day</strong> during peak periods.</li><li>Must be able to lift <strong>up to 30-50 pounds</strong>.</li><li>Must perform repetitive motions for an entire shift (bending, reaching, lifting, scanning labels, packing boxes).</li><li>Must be able to work onsite for all scheduled shifts.</li><li>Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise.</li></ul><h3><strong>Working Environment</strong></h3><ul><li>Location: On-site</li><li>Schedule: Full-time</li><li>May require additional availability or flexibility for escalations.</li><li>Warehouse environment with potential exposure to dust, temperature fluctuations, and loud equipment.</li><li>PPE is provided and required when applicable.</li></ul><p><strong>Employment Classification</strong></p><p><strong>Status:</strong> Full-time<br><strong>FLSA:</strong> Non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay)</p><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement</strong></p><p>Gifthealth is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
