font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Edit and create short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Adapt existing video materials into engaging, platform-optimized short videos.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Select impactful moments, structure content effectively, and ensure strong hooks and pacing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Apply captions, transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Optimize videos for each platform’s format, performance, and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure consistency in style, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the Marketing team on content needs, priorities, and timelines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deliver edited videos on time, incorporating feedback and revisions when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deliver approximately 15 short-form videos per month.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with content related to business, finance, taxes, investments, accounting, or professional services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong skills in video editing softwares </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of visual storytelling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
