    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Siemens Blade Repair Technician – Level C</strong> </p>\n<p>100% Travel | Siemens Blade Repair  </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong> </p>\n<p>Sky Climber Renewables is seeking <strong>Siemens Blade Repair Technicians – Level C </strong>to support structural blade repair scopes across Siemens Gamesa wind projects. This role is focused on comprehensive structural repairs, including laminate restoration and damage that extends beyond surface-level erosion.  Level C technicians play a critical role in maintaining blade integrity and performance and are deployed specifically because of their Siemens Gamesa certification and demonstrated structural repair capability. </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deploy as part of SCR’s <strong>Siemens-certified blade repair teams</strong> supporting Siemens Gamesa projects </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel 100% on a rotational basis to Siemens blade repair projects across the U.S. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform structural blade repairs, including laminate repair and restoration beyond surface erosion </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute Siemens–approved repair procedures for mid- to high-severity blade damage </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare repair areas, perform composite layups, and complete structural restorations per Siemens standards </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support inspection, assessment, and documentation of blade damage and completed repairs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere strictly to Siemens’ quality, safety, and documentation requirements </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with Level D technicians and supervisors on complex repair scopes </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in accordance with SCR and Siemens requirements </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete all required technical reports and service documentation accurately and on time </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Siemens Certifications & Activation Requirements (Required)</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Current Siemens Blade Repair Certification – Level C</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>GWO Certifications: Basic Safety Training (BST), Basic Technical Training (BTT), Advanced Rescue Training (ART) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain required certifications including OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Siemens blade repair certifications </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>This role prioritizes technicians who are certified and ready for Siemens Gamesa structural blade repair deployment </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience performing structural blade repairs on Siemens turbines </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in composite repair techniques including laminate repair, epoxies, adhesives, and reinforcement materials </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to follow Siemens repair manuals, technical instructions, and quality standards precisely </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong focus on execution quality, safety compliance, and documentation accuracy </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work effectively as part of a structured blade repair team </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical & Work Environment Requirements</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to climb wind turbines 300 feet or more </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and move materials and tools up to 50 lbs </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work at height and within blade environments </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors in varying and adverse weather conditions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Weight requirement of 120–280 lbs, including clothing, boots, and standard personal protective equipment </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Employment Conditions</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to pass background check(s) and drug screening </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>This is a safety-sensitive position per Siemens and SCR requirements </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Sky Climber Renewables</strong> </p>\n<p>Sky Climber Renewables (SCR) provides specialized field services to the utility-scale wind industry across North America.
