    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Recovery Lot Attendant</strong> takes in the vehicles that are recovered and ensures that they are prepared to go to Auction in a safe a professional manner.  The <strong>Recovery Lot Attendant</strong> will work with a team to prepare all vehicles going to Auction.The ideal candidate has a high energy level, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record. He or she must have great communication and customer service skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude. Candidates must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions and safely maneuver vehicles in tight and small spaces. Previous experience is preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees: <strong>Health, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K, Health & Wellness Program, community involvement and company paid vacation and holidays.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>           </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take Photos of cars that are repossessed.</li>\n <li>Recovery and Secure personal property from recovered vehicles. </li>\n <li>Open cars with no key using a slim Jim.</li>\n <li>Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards.</li>\n <li>Follows all safety and security procedures.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned..</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li>\n <li>No experience necessary but previous experience in a similar role a PLUS!</li>\n <li>Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.</li>\n <li>MUST be extremely organized!!</li>\n <li>Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.</li>\n <li>Ability to use a slim Jim is helpful.</li>\n <li>Highly professional and dependable.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Basic computer and internet skills with the ability to use an iPad.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in a similar role a plus.</li>\n <li>Must be customer service oriented.</li>\n <li>Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.</li>\n <li>Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.</li>\n <li>Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.</li>\n <li>Willing to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Bilingual a PLUS!!</li>\n</ul>",
