    "description": "<p><strong>Position Summary: </strong>The Electrician will participate in the installation or maintenance and inspection of electrical systems and associated processes.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites</li>\r\n\t<li>Prepare sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follow blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before and completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring</li>\r\n\t<li>measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit</li>\r\n\t<li>Oversees or participates in wire installation with conduit and cable trays</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform other routine duties as directed by workplace leader, electrical panels, and standby generation </li>\r\n\t<li>Avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and electrical codes</li>\r\n\t<li>Connects power cables to equipment, such as motor, and installs grounding leads</li>\r\n\t<li>Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocations, or replacement</li>\r\n\t<li>Installs control and distribution apparatus, i.e., switches, relays, circuit breaker panels</li>\r\n\t<li>Test Continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety components; uses testing instruments i.e., ohmmeter, battery and buzzer, and oscilloscope</li>\r\n</ul>",
