    "description": "<h2>Role Summary</h2>\n<p>Anthropologie Home is seeking a visionary Associate Designer for Home Accessories. The Associate Designer provides foundational support to the design team, assisting with the daily administrative and creative tasks required to move a product from concept to production. This role focuses on developing technical proficiency and a foundational understanding of the Anthropologie Home brand and customer.</p>\n<h2>Role Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Design Concept Development</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Create original and visually appealing product designs that align with current market trends and our brandidentity</li>\n   <li>Support the design team in preparing materials, boards, and samples for concept and sketch presentations.</li>\n   <li>Organize and maintain the sample library, reference materials and color palettes.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Research and Development</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Conduct home &amp; fashion trend and market research and continually push new develop and innovativetechniques and materials.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Sketching</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Produce digital sketches to communicate design idea and explore creative concepts.</li>\n   <li>Technical Specifications and Product Execution</li>\n   <li>Assist in sketching under the guidance of senior staff.</li>\n   <li>Working with our product development team to assist in the creation of samples and evaluate the executionof sketches.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Collaboration</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including concept, product development, merchandising, andmarketing, to ensure cohesive storytelling across all channels.</li>\n   <li>Help prepare and set up for Line Reviews and cross-functional meetings.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Role Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Inustrial Design, Product Design or similar area preferred.</li>\n <li>Entry-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic sketching skills. Interestin AI programs.</li>\n <li>2-4 years of industry experience.</li>\n <li>Be curious about the world around you and design trends in social and media and retail</li>\n <li>Foundational understanding of design principles and interest in home product construction.</li>\n <li>Extreme attention to detail and strong management and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Strong desire to learn the retail business and design process in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The Perks</h2>\n<p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
