The world can’t wait. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>You Have:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in systems engineering supporting large-scale or enterprise systems </li>\n <li>Experience working with High Performance Computing (HPC) environments</li>\n <li>Experience analyzing system requirements and validating technical feasibility of solutions</li>\n <li>Experience identifying system gaps, dependencies, and integration risks</li>\n <li>Experience developing and documenting system processes, workflows, or architectures</li>\n <li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with mission requirements</li>\n <li>TS/SCI with a polygraph</li>\n <li>HS diploma or GED and 19+ years of experience in systems engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science (CS), Information Systems (IS), Engineering, Science, or Engineering Management and 14+ years of experience in systems engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Nice If You Have:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting cloud or next-generation platform environments</li>\n <li>Experience supporting system transitions, migrations, or platform integrations</li>\n <li>Experience with requirements management tools like Jira, Confluence, or DOORS</li>\n <li>Experience integrating HPC workloads into modernized environments</li>\n <li>Experience working in mission-driven or operational environments</li>\n <li>Knowledge of system architecture frameworks or modeling approaches</li>\n <li>Ability to evaluate and improve system intake or governance processes</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment</li>\n <li>Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Possession of effective verbal and written communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance with a polygraph is required.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84.14 to $96.16 per hour.
