    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\" style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE:</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;text-align:justify;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>The Safety Monitor will be directly responsible for all activities in the physical plant and ensuring civility amongst residents, visitors, and staff. &nbsp;He/she controls access to the facility twenty-four hours a day and will report any hazardous conditions within the facility and grounds to the Safety Supervisor on duty.</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:0in;\"><li>Ensures that the Safety Supervisors orders of the shift are followed.</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;\"><li>Performs and ensures that all Detex patrols are completed and conducts the patrols on a half hour basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates all pertinent information to the Safety Supervisor.</li><li>Ensures that all entries are made and accurate in the security desk logbook.</li><li>Obtain client signatures to complete Daily Attendance Roster.</li><li>Maintains a safe and secure environment for the residents, staff, and visitors.</li><li>Must be certified in First Aid and CPR.</li><li>Must be able to rotate shifts at the Director of Operations discretion and/or as needs of the business requires.</li><li>Utilizing the Department of Homeless Services (DHS) - Client Assistance and Re-housing Enterprise System (CARES) complete incident reports as needed.</li><li>Adhere to the Agency dress code for Safety personnel and maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times.</li><li>Drive the facility van when required.</li><li>Must maintain valid NYS Security License.</li><li>Must be available for overtime when business needs are required.</li></ul><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>&nbsp;</p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;list-style-type: disc;margin-left:0in;\"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Two years&rsquo;
