This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career while being part of a supportive, energetic team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the smooth running of daily bar operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock control, and team rostering.</li>\n<li>Take pride in ensuring excellent hygiene, health &amp; safety, and licensing standards always doing the right thing for guests and colleagues.</li>\n<li>Keep stock levels on point, managing orders and minimising waste.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify issues and opportunities, bringing energy &amp; drive to everything you do.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service, with<br>Care at the heart of every interaction.</li>\n<li>Handle guest feedback, queries, and complaints confidently and professionally.</li>\n<li>Continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience because we’re always getting better.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and day‑to‑day supervision of the bar team.</li>\n<li>Motivate, coach, and support colleagues to help them grow in confidence and skill.</li>\n<li>Help create a positive, inclusive, and respectful team culture where people enjoy coming to work.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the development of promotions, seasonal offers, and themed events.</li>\n<li>Work closely with marketing to bring ideas to life and boost bar revenue.</li>\n<li>Encourage confident upselling through strong product knowledge and guest engagement.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the bar always looks inviting, well‑maintained, and professionally presented.</li>\n<li>Lead by example when it comes to standards, appearance, and attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times.</li>\n<li>Support the review and updating of SOPs to ensure full compliance.</li>\n<li>Stay up to date with relevant legislation, including Health &amp; Safety, Licensing, and Consumer Law.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure company dress and grooming standards are upheld, reflecting pride in our workplace and brand.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or hospitality environment.</li>\n<li>A natural leader who enjoys supporting, motivating, and developing teams.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>\n<li>High levels of Energy &amp; Drive in a busy, hands‑on role.</li>\n<li>Strong awareness of health, safety, and licensing requirements.</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and stay calm under pressure.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n<li>A genuine commitment to Always Getting Better personally and professionally.</li>\n</ul>",
