We are currently seeking a Lead Software Systems Engineer to work for our company.</p><p><strong>Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Client Agency is the Defense Logistics Agency.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 or higher platform.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Must be forward thinking to ensure keeping pace with current Oracle EBS trends in support of roadmap development and communication.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Provides enterprise-level systems engineering leadership for the design and integration of US Standard General Ledger (USSGL) / Accounting Treatment Manual (ATM) and Acquire-to-Retire(A2R) solutions across Oracle EBS and external asset/logistics systems (e.g., ELMS/DPAS).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ensures scalable, secure, and auditable asset lifecycle processing by enabling seamless data flows, automation of capitalization processes, and alignment with DoD standards for financial accuracy and traceability. </li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Lead end-to-end systems engineering for USSGL/ATM and Acquire-to-Retire(A2R) across Oracle EBS (Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory, GL) and external systems (ELMS/DPAS, APSR, logistics platforms).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Define and oversee integration architecture of asset data flows between logistics and financial systems and real-time and batch processing interfaces.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ensure asset lifecycle traceability Acquisition &rarr; CIP/WIP &rarr; Capitalization &rarr; Depreciation &rarr; Retirement.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Establish enterprise data models and integration frameworks for asset valuation and Cost accumulation and transfer.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Lead design and implementation of Global Capitalization Interface and automation for bulk capitalization and journal processing.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Drive reduction of Manual processes, material misstatements and timing delays in asset accounting.  </li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ensure compliance with DoD financial and logistics standards (DLMS, CTAS where applicable) and audit requirements (FIAR, valuation, completeness).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Lead resolution of integration issues and data inconsistencies across systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Guide development teams on RICE-FW integration patterns and interface control and data validation mechanisms.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Lead system integration testing strategy and performance validation.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Support audit readiness, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Provide leadership for Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps adoption.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ten (10) years of experience of experience with systems engineering and software development.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Must be proficient in Oracle EBS R12 or higher platform experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience with transforming traditional Oracle EBS on-premise and OCI environments into an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Application environment.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience with implementing Oracle Accounting Hub (OAH).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Applications</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Must be forward thinking to ensure keeping pace with current Oracle EBS trends in support of roadmap development and communication.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Strong experience with oracle EBS (Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory) or similar ERP systems and system integration and enterprise data flow design. </li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience designing and integrating asset management and financial systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience with Data modeling, interface design, and large-scale system integration and BI/reporting tools for asset and financial analytics.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Understanding of Asset lifecycle processes (A2R, CIP/WIP, capitalization).</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience ensuring Data accuracy, auditability, and traceability.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience working with and in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment (Preferred) including AI/ML Cloud tools, DISA AWS and Google GovCloud.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience working in Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps environments.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Requirements:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Experience with DAI / Oracle Federal Financials.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Familiarity with DPAS / ELMS or other APSR systems and DLMS, CTAS, or DoD logistics standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span data-contrast=\"none\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW129888140 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW129888140 BCX8\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"Bullet\"> Experience designing capitalization automation and asset accounting integrations.</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Understanding of FIAR audit requirements and NFR remediation.</li></ul><p><u>Work With Us</u></p><p>IT-Strat is a technology consulting company that holds various contract vehicles including best in class vehicles.
