      "value": "We are looking for a <strong>Polish</strong><strong>‑speaking Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist</strong> to work on complex, domain‑specific documentation for our banking and regulatory reporting products.<br>You will:<br><ul><li>Own and maintain Polish‑language product documentation for selected products.</li><li>Review and refine content authored by Product Managers, Business Analysts and Developers.</li><li>Ensure language quality, domain accuracy and consistency with how functionality actually works in the software.</li><li>Help make complex topics clear, structured and digestible for our clients.</li></ul>Over time, you may also contribute to our strategic shift towards <strong>“documentation as code”</strong> (e.g. Markdown, XML‑based formats), enabling better reuse, automation and AI enablement.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Authoring & Editing</strong><ul><li>Write, edit and maintain technical documentation in <strong>Polish</strong> (and sometimes English) for banking and regulatory reporting products.</li><li>Transform drafts from product teams into clear, consistent, client‑ready documents.</li><li>Ensure terminology and domain‑specific language are correct and used consistently.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Quality & Consistency</strong><ul><li>Validate that documentation accurately reflects the current behaviour of the software.</li><li>Align content with internal standards, style guides and regulatory requirements where applicable.</li><li>Work closely with Product Managers, BAs and Developers to clarify functionality and edge cases.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Handling Complex Technical Content</strong><ul><li>Understand and describe complex financial/regulatory concepts in an accessible way for end users.</li><li>Structure information logically so users can quickly find and understand what they need.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Tooling & Documentation‑as‑Code (Nice to Have / Future Direction)</strong><ul><li>Contribute to the move from scattered Word/PDF/Confluence content towards structured <strong>documentation as code</strong> (e.g. Markdown, XML‑based formats like DITA, AsciiDoc, etc.).</li><li>Work with documentation tooling and repositories that treat docs similarly to source code (version control, review workflows, etc.).</li></ul></li><li><strong>Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing</strong><ul><li>Collaborate with existing documentation specialists and product teams.</li><li>Participate in handovers and shadowing with current team members to build product and domain knowledge.</li></ul></li></ul><br>"
