Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong>General Accountabilities:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides protection for the casino, all employees, guests, and company assets. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Guards all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of fills and credits. </li>\n <li>Responsible for adherence to health, fire, and safety regulations; identifies potential safety hazards and reports such to the appropriate personnel. </li>\n <li>Supports and maintains the Margaritaville Resort Casino courtesy guidelines and promotes outstanding guest service. </li>\n <li>Assist with disturbances and intoxicated guests as needed. </li>\n <li>Always promote safety and confidentiality.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform and complete all duties necessary to comply with Margaritaville’s mandated requirements, which include but are not limited to, gaming-related drops, card and dice reconciliation, inspection, cancellation, and destruction, re-issuance of poker cards, and transport of locked chip carriers and documents to and from the Chip Bank. </li>\n <li>Through alertness, diligence, specified procedures, and proactive attention to potential danger and security risks, the Security Officer shall protect our guests, our property, and our staff from harm or loss. </li>\n <li>Patrol, periodically, buildings and grounds of the facility, as directed; or stand watch, as directed, at an assigned Security post, in order to oversee the comfort, safety, and security of our guests. </li>\n <li>Greet all guests and staff in a positive, friendly, and professional manner. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED; or six months to one year of work experience in customer service; previous security and corrections experience a plus.  </li>\n <li>Must be able to Obtain a LA Gaming License and L.A.C.T. </li>\n <li>Ability to Stand, bend, lift, walk, and stop throughout duration of shift. </li>\n <li>Excel both independently and as part of a team.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.  </li>\n <li>Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
