    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a strong background in MEP design and site coordination. This role demands technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure projects from concept to execution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Key responsibilities:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead end-to-end MEP Infrastructure design and execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.</li>\n <li>Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Conduct and manage client and vendor meetings, ensuring alignment across all parties.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with EC norms, MOEF guidelines, local CFO requirements, NBC 2016, IS codes, and relevant international standards.</li>\n <li>Drive sustainable MEP solutions and contribute to cost estimation and budgeting.</li>\n <li>Review and vet contractor shop drawings and as-built documentation.</li>\n <li>Oversee site inspections, material submittal approvals, and system commissioning processes.</li>\n <li>Perform technical due diligence for large land parcels and prepare detailed reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li>\n <li>10–12 years of proven experience in MEP Infrastructure design and site coordination.</li>\n <li>Minimum 6–8 years of experience with design consultants and 4–5 years in project execution.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, WTP, STPs, SWD, RWH systems, etc., from concept to GFC stages.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with BIM 360, WaterGEM, and similar tools is a plus.</li>\n <li>Sound understanding of MEP design standards and installation practices.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams (architecture, structural, civil, landscape) and external stakeholders.</li>\n <li>A proactive team player with leadership capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Walter P Moore is an equal employment opportunity employer, and provides equal employment opportunities (including offering competitive compensation and benefit packages) to all employees and applicants for employment.
