The Preconstruction Manager will report to the Division Manager.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Job Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Desire to learn and willingness to try new techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Spectrum, Accubid, Accubid Anywhere, Bluebeam etc.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to focus on details while still maintaining a big picture perspective.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to develop and work as member of a team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Good understanding of the NEC, and Electrical Theory.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to read and understand construction specifications and detailed drawings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to develop and follow construction schedules.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Mandatory Hiring Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing, Valid Driver’s License.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead all preconstruction services including sales, design, budgeting, and bidding</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review the scope of construction work to be completed to determine the type of work, basic materials, project duration and define the responsibility for construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute in a meaningful way to value engineering and alternatives in proposals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reconcile estimates with consultants and design team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and Present Conceptual Estimating</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in all business development meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate and evaluate feedback from departments within the company (Operations, Accounting etc.), the project Owner and the project Architect during the estimating and construction process.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review all estimates and scope of work/proposal submissions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide superior customer service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understand and be able to communicate scope of contract to your supervisors, clients, and subcontractors.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Certification: None required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Education: High School Graduate or GED.
