The Process Waste Mechanical Superintendent will supervise multiple mechanical subcontractors performing extensive fast-tracked scope on multiple large semiconductor buildings. <strong>This position is fully onsite at our project in Boise, ID.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 DOE + Incentives</strong></p><p><strong>PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents, mechanical subcontractors, and other discipline subcontractors.</li><li>Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.</li><li>Maintain and adjust project schedule&nbsp;daily.</li><li>Manage RFI’s (requests for information) and submittal materials for review with the Owner/Architect.</li><li>Manage and oversee our cost control and QA/QC program.</li><li>Manage and abide by all safety protocols.</li><li>Provide resolution to design and constructability issues.</li><li>Respond to customer/client requests and/or issues and develop resolution to problems using technical expertise.</li><li>Must be able to interpret and implement proper installations in compliance with all local authority permitting, codes and site specifications.</li><li>Provide supporting information regarding field conditions and scope for cost estimates.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate contractor activity ensuring performance by all contractual agreements.</li><li>Assist with&nbsp;management&nbsp;project staffing.</li><li>Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of five (5) years' mechanical construction experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive experience on large industrial and hi-tech&nbsp;fabrication&nbsp;projects.</li><li>Extensive experience in Hi Purity Bulks gases and chemicals.</li><li>Extensive experience on large industrial and hi-tech&nbsp;fabrication&nbsp;projects&nbsp;with specific area experience such as Fab, Subfab, Cleanroom, Tool, Jungle Gym, Utility and Process Systems.</li><li>Demonstrate thorough understanding of all aspects of mechanical wet or dry construction.</li><li>Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent craft level work experience.</li><li>Education background in materials and methods of mechanical construction.</li><li>OHSA 30&nbsp;Certification.</li><li>Must be familiar with mechanical installations on large mechanical and process equipment, and installations in cleanroom environments.</li><li>Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method; familiar with CSI specification system for construction.</li><li>Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Bluebeam.</li><li>Experience with project management software such as Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Project Planner (P6).</li><li>Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.</li><li>Ability to work closely with trade and craft people in a field work situation. Patience and professionalism are essential to being able to maintain a cooperative attitude through pressure situations.</li><li>Skills in handling several work activities at once while frequently interrupted by phone calls and urgent questions on work in progress.</li><li>Training in design and construction document reading, design specifications, survey theory and techniques.</li><li>Highly developed visual observation and interpretation skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work closely with project owners, architects, engineers, equipment manufacturers, vendors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Must be a dedicated team player, self-starter, flexible and be able to work well with a variety of personalities and minimal instruction.
