Our wide experience in meeting industrial plant maintenance needs enables us to implement systems and processes that keep your facilities and equipment running at consistently optimum levels.</p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> -- Pipe Fitter - Franklinton, NC</p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> MOR PPM Inc. seeks a pipefitter for a full time maintenance job in Franklinton, NC.  Exp w/layout, fabrication, installation, maintenance & repair of piping systems, structural steel, vessels, pumps & equip. in industry environment. </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> --</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms in a steam boiler environment.</li>\n <li>Use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.</li>\n <li>Must be experienced in Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel.</li>\n <li>Must be experienced in taking your own measurements and use power tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least three years Pipefitter in Industrial Construction setting</li>\n <li>Committed to safety at all times</li>\n <li>Excellent attendance</li>\n <li>Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign</li>\n <li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above</li>\n <li>Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas</li>\n <li>Must have full range of motion consistent with age</li>\n <li>Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders</li>\n <li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises</li>\n <li>Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces</li>\n <li>Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#ppm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
