font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations via Telehealth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions remotely</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain treatment plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform risk assessments and crisis intervention as appropriate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation (within 24 hours)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with Telehealth regulations and payer requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Verify and document client location and emergency contacts for each session</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Active, unencumbered Maryland license (LCPC or LCSW-C)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Active NPI number (Type 1)</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience providing Telehealth therapy preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
